📜 License Options: PLR vs. MRR

At PLR Digital Studio, each product is available with two distinct license types: PLR (Private Label Rights) and MRR (Master Resell Rights). Please read the definitions below carefully before purchasing, as they determine how you can use, customize, and resell your product.

🔒 PLR – Private Label Rights License

This license allows you to edit, rebrand, and sell the product as your own in a non-editable format (PDF) to your end-user. This is ideal for coaches, creators, and freelancers who want done-for-you templates they can customize and sell as part of their own offers.

With PLR, you CAN:

• Modify and customize the product in Canva

• Add your branding and claim authorship

• Sell as a finished product (PDF) to your audience

• Use as content in membership sites, digital downloads, lead magnets, or bonus materials

• Include it in free or paid courses

With PLR, you CANNOT:

• Sell the Canva template or grant template access

• Pass on resell rights

• Apply for a trademark or copyright

🔁 MRR – Master Resell Rights License

This license includes everything in the PLR license plus the right to pass on resell rights to your customers. It allows you to resell the Canva template itself, enabling your buyers to also sell it forward. This is ideal for digital product sellers and resellers who want to create passive income streams.

With MRR, you CAN:

• Do everything listed under the PLR license

• Sell the editable Canva template

• Pass on resell rights to your buyers

With MRR, you CANNOT:

• Apply for a trademark or copyright (ownership of the original design remains with PLR Digital Studio)
